A mobile POS for market stalls, shops and counters
EzInvoice's Quick Sale turns your phone into a simple point of sale. Tap the items you sell, tap how the customer is paying, and the sale is recorded as paid — with stock deducted and a receipt link you can share.
Free plan available — no credit card required.
How a sale works
- Tap the items on your tiles — one tap adds one, tap again for more. Your four most-used products sit on big buttons you choose yourself.
- Check the sale: adjust quantities with + and −, or change a price if you're giving a discount.
- Tap Cash, Card or Bank transfer to record it straight away — or tap QR to show your own payment QR code and confirm once the customer has paid.
- The sale is saved as a paid invoice, stock goes down automatically, and you can share the receipt link on WhatsApp.

Getting started takes a few minutes
- Create a free workspace and add your products — a name and a price each, plus a stock count if you want it tracked.
- In Settings, upload your payment QR code if you take QR payments.
- Open Quick Sale, choose the four products for your tiles, and ring up your first sale.
Who it's for
Night-market and bazaar stalls, small shops, cafés and kiosks, salons that also sell products, and car washes that take payment at the counter — anyone who wants a quick way to ring up a sale without buying a till.
What it doesn't do (yet)
- No barcode scanning, receipt-printer support or offline selling — you need an internet connection to record a sale.
- EzInvoice records how a customer paid but doesn't process card or QR payments itself. You confirm that the money arrived.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Quick Sale a real POS system?
- It covers the everyday job of a small POS: choosing items, taking payment, updating stock and keeping a sales record. It's a lightweight mobile POS rather than a full retail system — there is no barcode scanner, receipt-printer or offline mode yet.
- Which payment methods can I record?
- Cash, QR, card and bank transfer. For QR, EzInvoice shows the payment QR code you upload in Settings and you confirm the payment arrived. EzInvoice doesn't process card payments itself.
- Does stock go down automatically?
- Yes, for products you track stock on. A sale deducts the quantity as soon as it is recorded.
- Can I choose which items appear on the tap buttons?
- Yes. The business owner (or anyone with the business-settings permission) picks the products for the four tiles; everyone using Quick Sale sees the same set.
- Is it free?
- You can start free. The Free plan includes 30 invoices, receipts and quotations a month — a Quick Sale counts as one — and the paid plans raise that limit.
