- A regular buys a 10-wash package at the counter — you record it as a sale and the package is added to their profile, tied to their car.
- Each time they come in, you open their profile and redeem one wash — or book the wash as an appointment, which uses a session for you. If the package is tied to a car and the appointment is for a different car, EzInvoice won't use that package. The manual Redeem button doesn't check the car, so glance at the plate at the counter.
- Walk-in customers are just a Quick Sale: tap the service, tap how they paid, done.
- The regular can log in to the customer portal any time to see how many washes are left — no message to you needed.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I sell wash packages and track how many washes are left?
- Yes. Create a package (for example 10 washes), sell it on an invoice or Quick Sale, and redeem one wash per visit. The remaining count and history are on the client's profile, and the customer sees the same balance in the customer portal.
- Can I tie a package to a specific car?
- Yes. Vehicles are saved per client by plate number, and when a package is assigned to a vehicle, an appointment booked for a different vehicle can't use it. The manual Redeem button doesn't check the vehicle, so check the plate at the counter.
- Does it work on a phone at the wash bay?
- Yes. EzInvoice is built mobile-first and installs on your phone as a web app or from Google Play, so you can record a sale or redeem a wash right where the car is.
